- We disassemble on site if it will not fit through the door
- Usable pieces go to donation, not straight to the dump

- Unhooked and walked out — you do not touch it

Whole-house clear-outs for estates, foreclosures, evictions, downsizing and hoarding situations. Empty and broom-swept, ready to list or re-let.

How pricing works
Priced by the load,
not by the hour
You are charged for the space your junk takes up on the truck or trailer, plus the work it takes to get it out. That number is agreed before anyone lifts anything, and it does not change on the day.
Get a flat price
Minimum charge for a single item, then priced up by volume. No hourly meter, no fuel surcharge, no disposal fee added at the end.
Pay when it's gone
Nothing up front. You pay once the load is on the truck and the spot is clear.
Good to know
What we can't take
Texas rules on hazardous material are strict, and for good reason. If it is on this list we cannot legally put it on the truck — but call anyway and we will tell you exactly where it goes.
